Systems Implementation Services

Many organizations segment their technology out as a functional piece of their organization. But in reality, technology should be a key part of any organization's overall long-term strategy. We offer a range of systems implementation offerings from existing platforms to custom systems that can be designed to suit your organizations needs.

Existing Platforms
We can help you asses if there is an existing platform that can be configured to meet your information management needs. After the appropriate tool has been selected, we can define requirements and configure the system to support the day-to-day work of your organization. Custom Systems
We recognize that the decision to build a software system from the ground up is first and foremost an investment in the success of your business. To ensure success of a custom system, we offer a sequence of three related engagements that focus on short-cycle results and demonstrate success quickly:

• Requirements Analysis: We work with you to understand the systems requirements created by your organizational chart, your business processes and your customer service requirements.
• Solution Design: We design a highly usable software application and work with your team to verify that the solution indeed addresses the root cause issues.
• Solution Engineering: We implement the designed solution, work with your team closely through three intensive testing cycles, deploy the solution and support you with training for success.
