Google Apps Migration for Microsoft Exchange: Another Chapter of Google vs Microsoft War

The ongoing war between Google and Microsoft is not going to end soon. Google ignites a new fire by launching its newest application which facilitates the transfer of calendar information and mail from Microsoft Exchange servers to Google for its corporate clients. Google Apps Migration for Microsoft Exchange is launched following the launching of Google Apps for Business and Education sync service which can synchronize with Outlook and Blackberries last year. What this new tool capable of is definitely a big strike against Microsoft, bringing a big advantage to the Google enterprises’ business side.

This new application’s main attraction is that it allows simultaneous data transfer in email, calendar and contacts, including IM and video conferencing to hundreds of users and not one by one as was being done until now. There are two versions of this application. One is the other corporate versions of the software for the users and the other is an internal version of the browser.

It is designed as a centralized tool, with this it will now be possible to make the whole process of migration while users are
working, so that they practically do not realize the changes that are being implemented.

Why Do We Like to Download Pirated Software and Files?

Piracy ads always compare piracy to stealing. We all know that stealing is wrong. It is against the law since the beginning of the civilization and you can be punished for that. In a way, stealing does feel the same with piracy if it is seen as taking something from someone without asking permission. However, when it comes to downloading software, mp3, movies, and games illegally from the internet, the case is more complex than that. Some people even will argue that it is not the same thing.

One of the most solid reasons is that when someone downloads something, he does not actually take anything away from the owner. The file is still intact in the owner’s possession. The downloader simply copies the original file and takes away the copy. Copying a file does not make the original file disappear. So there is nothing stolen really.

The second thought is that the downloader feels that he would not buy the software or game anyway, so they owner never really lose anything. If he cannot get it for free, they won’t buy it. Of course it is very easy to say that. However, no one can deny the fact that even if he WANTS to buy it, he will still download it illegally too. Why pay for something you can get for free anyway? And in the end, the owner does lose something he should earn in the first place.

How to Set up a Web Camera

The use of webcam is now not a rare thing to find. Wherever you see a desktop computer, it is almost certain that there is a webcam lain on the top of the monitor. There is also some sort of convention between the laptop and notebook manufacturer that they must build their products with integrated camera, leaving all their customers to learn to use it someday even when they have the least interest on it. With this world you live in, you must join the party.

It would be no problem if you already have your webcam built in within your laptop. But if you own a desktop computer which means you need to buy external camera to support your webcamming activity, then here are the steps which can really help you to set up your first webcam to join the party. But before that, you need to have these three things first: a webcam, webcam software, and a way to broadcast your image.

Here are the steps:

  1. Buy the Intel Pro Video PC Camera.
  2. Install the software from the camera onto your computer.

How Facebook Can Hurt People

Are you one of Facebook addictive? Do you feel like you cannot spend a day without going online and check your Facebook account? If yes, you are not alone then. There are millions of people who already consider Facebook as an integral part of them, i. e. they cannot live without it. In general, Facebook is good. Many old and lost friends reunite through Facebook. Many meet new friends and even lovers. However, as anything else has flaws, Facebook proves to be able to hurt people and damage relationships.

The most common thing to happen is insensitive and rude comments. Sometimes people can say something nasty to you just to say that they were joking about it. Just saying that it was a joke does not change anything. People shouldn’t say things like that in the first place. The worse thing is, both parties would not be able to show and see face reactions to settle the problem as quick as possible. This can affect really bad in relationships.

Dating status is also lethal sometimes. At old times, lovers break up through letter, then phone, and then through Facebook status. Nowadays, cowards do not bother to even tell the other person to change their dating status from “in a relationship” to “single”.
